HI PURITY CORPORATION

Established on May 19, 2004, HI PURITY CORPORATION is the only company in Korea that supplies both ultra-hipurity gas purifiers and gas analyzers. Since its founding, we have experienced stable and continuous growth.

Semiconductor manufacturing processes require ultra-hipurity gases to maximize yield. These gases are supplied through gas purifiers, and their purity is analyzed using gas analyzers. HiPurity specializes in analyzers designed for semiconductor applications, capable of detecting gas purity at PPT/PPB levels, and supplies equipment and services to both semiconductor manufacturers and gas suppliers.

We develop and provide integrated analysis systems essential in the UHP field. Our main product lineup includes gas purifiers, gas analyzers (from Servomex, Orthodyne, AMETEK), integrated monitoring systems (CQC), UHP piping solutions, gas Valve Manifold Boxes (VMB), QA/QC supervision, and on-site analysis services.
